Miltos has worked with Premier Oil in Indonesia and Shell in Malaysia and Nigeria. In 2008 he joined Transworld as its Exploration Manager in Indonesia while he was also leading the company’s global upstream activities. He is in charge of running the day to day activities of the company, specifically the Jakarta office. Chief Operating Officer
Justin has funded and managed the successful execution of over 200 drilling operations both on and offshore primarily focused on North America and SE Asia. His role includes contractual arrangements with suppliers and partners including negotiations to achieve the best possible services and their pricing. He oversees the company’s operational issues with regards to drilling activities. Administratively he ensures that the company is in good standing with the various jurisdictions that it deals in and that all stakeholders are timely and adequately informed about its activities. Radian is the General Manager of the Indonesian Business Unit of Conrad Petroleum and has more than 22 years of experience in the Indonesia upstream oil and gas industry. He started his career with Mobil Oil Indonesia and has worked for Conoco Indonesia, Unocal Indonesia, Anadarko, Transworld Exploration, MEO International and Nations Petroleum. Radian has received many company awards for gas reserves certification (West Natuna Gas Phase 1 – Conoco), data and statistical analysis on deep water project (Gehem-Gendalo-Ranggas-WestSeno – Unocal Deepwater), cross department knowledge sharing (Unocal Management) and success for approved AFE close-out (Transworld).
His competencies are in exploration and new ventures valuations and assessment, team development, government relations and exploration data and knowledge management. He has Bachelor of Geology from Padjadjaran University, a Masters of Computer for Knowledge Management from Budi Luhur University and is certified in Supply Chain Management Process.
Keith has extensive oil and gas experience with over 33 years in the petroleum industry in both upstream and downstream in addition to his foundation technical areas of petroleum engineering, oil and gas field development, engineering, operations, gas marketing, and project evaluation. He has worked with both oil majors (BHP Billiton and Shell International) and also a mid cap, Nexus Energy.
Keith heads our technical team and is driving the management of FEED studies, reserves reviews and the data acquisition in Mako within the Duyung PSC towards the progression of a plan of development with the Indonesian Government. Keith has an honours degree in Physics, an MBA and a graduate diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Tony is a gas contracting and market regulation specialist having worked on gas market reforms (e.g. Third Party Access) in worldwide in particular SE Asia. He has also been instrumental in the development of the LNG import (e.g. Terminal Use Agreements, Terminal Access Code) and transmission and distribution networks (Gas Network Code) for several countries. Tony was engaged in a number of assignments involving the cost allocation and attribution process for the WNTS pipeline operations and the West Natuna Gas/South Sumatra gas swap facilitated by BP Migas and Singapore’s Gas Regulator (Energy Market Authority EMA).
Tony is leading the gas commercialisation of the Mako field in the Duyung PSC along with the company's other projects and has a Bachelor of Science (Joint Honours) in Physics/Materials Science, an MBA and is a Professional Member of the Institute of Materials.
Steve has over 30 years of diversified drilling experience offshore and onshore as a Drilling Manager, Superintendent and Drilling Engineer. Demonstrated project management excellence in multi-cultural environments and proven HSE leadership and management skills. Steve is an expatriate living in Jakarta, Indonesia and is managing the design, procurement and engineering of Conrad’s Mako South – 1 well to be drilled in 2017.
Steve has held senior positions with ASX listed Cue Energy Limited and Mubadala Petroleum Indonesia. Steve has a Bachelor in Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada and is a member of Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, Canada.
